1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inboxcore ("the Service"), operated by Inboxcore ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inboxcore is a shared inbox and CRM tool that enables businesses to view and respond to customer inquiries received via Instagram Direct Messages. Human support agents use the platform to manually compose and send replies to customers. The Service integrates with Meta (Facebook / Instagram) APIs to facilitate messaging.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect at least one Instagram Business or Creator account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging
• Harass, abuse, or send threatening messages to any person
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Circumvent Instagram's messaging policies or rate limits
• Use automated bots to send messages without human oversight
• Collect, store, or share user data for purposes other than customer support
• Engage in surveillance, profiling, discrimination, or targeting based on personal characteristics

5. Instagram & Meta Platform Compliance

The Service operates in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram API policies. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Instagram media (images, videos, audio) are displayed directly from Instagram's CDN and are never downloaded or stored by our Service
• Message replies are subject to Instagram's 24-hour messaging window policy
• We comply with Meta's data deletion requirements — when a user deletes a message on Instagram, it is removed from our system
• Access tokens are stored securely and used solely for API communication

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Inboxcore. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram accounts and contacting us to request account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
