How to Request Data Deletion

Inboxcore allows you to request the deletion of your data at any time. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request promptly.

Option 1: Disconnect Your Instagram Account

You can disconnect your Instagram account directly from the Setter Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Inboxcore account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Find your connected Instagram account and click "Disconnect"

This will immediately revoke API access and deactivate your stored access tokens. Your conversation data will be removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Request Full Data Deletion via Email

To request complete deletion of all your data, send an email to:

contact@inboxcore.fr

Please include in your email:

  • Your account email address or Instagram username connected to the dashboard
  • A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted

Option 3: Remove via Facebook Settings

You can also remove Inboxcore's access to your data through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations
  2. Find "Inboxcore" in the list
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Check "Delete all posts, photos, and videos that Setter Dashboard posted on your behalf"
  5. Click "Remove" to confirm

What Data Is Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your Instagram account connection and access tokens
  • All stored Instagram conversations and messages
  • Participant information (usernames, names, profile pictures)
  • Any CRM data linked to Instagram conversations

Note: We do not store Instagram media files (images, videos, audio). These are displayed directly from Instagram's CDN and are not part of our stored data.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
